Johannes Brahms - Symphony No. 3 Poco Allegreto, Brahms - Symphony No. 3 - Poco Allegreto
I like this peaceful video with the wonderful pictures of scenery. I hope you enjoy it, too.
Emily Dickinson poems don't seem to have titles but this one is about summer slipping away.
AS imperceptibly as grief
The summer lapsed away,—
Too imperceptible, at last,
To seem like perfidy. | |
A quietness distilled, | 5 |
As twilight long begun,
Or Nature, spending with herself
Sequestered afternoon.
The dusk drew earlier in,
The morning foreign shone,— | 10 |
A courteous, yet harrowing grace,
As guest who would be gone.
And thus, without a wing,
Or service of a keel, | |
Our summer made her light escape | 15 |
Into the beautiful. |
